Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 16 April 2021  Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, bought 20,000 shares at a price of 48.9 pence per share. 
 
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to 362,822 shares which represents 2.80% of the Company's issued share capital.
