Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of
technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers,
manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 23 May 2022, Reg
Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, bought 15,000 at 54.5 pence per share and his
wife Mrs Hankey bought 5,000 shares at a price of 54.75 pence per share.

 

Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's beneficial holding in the Company
(including shares held by his wife) has increased to 400,848 shares which
represents 3.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The below notification made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail:
