 * Also issue a further 250 million shares if woolwich delivers for cag EBITDA of not less than $500,000 in FY ended 31 December 2016 
 * Merger via the issue of 750 million Cape Range shares 
 * Says Cape Range preparing and issuing a prospectus to raise a minimum of $1 million, up to a maximum of $2 million 
 * Preparing and issuing a prospectus at an issue price of at least $0.02 per Cape Range share
