U.S. stocks rose on Wednesday after the Trump administration said it would use a
strengthened security review process to deal with threats from Chinese
investments in domestic technologies, instead of imposing China-specific
restrictions. .N

24,377.01. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.37 percent at 2,733.23 and the Nasdaq
Composite .IXIC was up 0.39 percent at 7,590.963.
