Dividend Declaration

 

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.55p per Ordinary share payable
to Shareholders on the register as at 6 February 2026 in respect of the
financial year ended 30 November 2025.

 

The shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 February 2026 and the dividend will
be paid on 27 February 2026.
