Dividend Declaration

 

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.34p per Ordinary share payable
to Shareholders on the register as at 7 April 2026 in respect of the year
ending 30 November 2026.

 

The shares will trade ex-dividend from 2 April 2026 and the dividend will be
paid on 30 April 2026.

 

This is the first dividend payment under the Company's new dividend policy,
the details of which can be found in the latest Annual Report.
