Total Voting Rights

 

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Polar
Capital Global Financials Trust plc notifies that the Company had the
following Ordinary shares of 5 pence each:

 

31 December 2025

 

 Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                       331,750,000
 Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury (non-voting)  169,044,782
 Total Voting Rights of the Company                       162,705,218

 

Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote while Ordinary Shares held in
Treasury have no voting rights.

 

Therefore, the total voting rights above may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
