General Meeting of the Company held on 10 April 2025 to make market purchases
of the Company's own shares.

 

The Board of the Company announces that is has bought into Treasury

 Lowest share price paid per share (p):   210.00
 Highest share price paid per share (p):  210.00

 

Following this transaction the Company has:

 

 Total Issued Share Capital:                  331,750,000
 Shares held in Treasury (no voting rights):  165,314,651
 Total Voting Rights:                         166,435,349

 

 

The above total voting rights figure may be used by Shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
