Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc is pleased to announce
the appointment of Ms Caroline Gulliver as an independent non-executive
Director of the Company, with effect from 15 May 2025.

Ms Gulliver is currently a non-executive director, SID and chair of the audit
committee of MIGO Opportunities Trust Plc and also abrdn European Logistics
Income PLC which is in a managed wind-down process. Ms Gulliver was, until
recently, a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of
International Biotechnology Trust plc. Formerly she was an Executive Director
of Ernst & Young where she gained extensive experience of investment
trusts.

Lisa Arnold, Chair, commented "We are delighted that Caroline has agreed to
join the Board and we look forward to benefitting from her extensive
experience and complementary skill set. Caroline will assume the role of Audit
Chair-Elect and will undertake an orderly handover from the current Audit
Chair, Neal Ransome, who will reach his nine years tenure in 2026."

A resolution proposing the election of Ms Gulliver as non-executive director
will be put to shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company
due to be held in early 2026.

Ms Gulliver does not currently hold any shares in Polar Capital Global
Healthcare Trust plc.

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph
6.4.8 of the Listing Rules in respect of Ms Gulliver.
