Second Interim Dividend

 

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.00p per ordinary share payable
to Shareholders on the register as at 6 February 2026.

 

The dividend will be paid on 27 February 2026 and the shares will trade
ex-dividend from 5 February 2026.
