Sale of Ordinary Shares from Treasury

The Company announces the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each
("ordinary shares") fully paid from the Company's Treasury Account. These
shares were sold for cash on 10 December 2025 at a price of 416.20 pence per
share.

 

 Total Number of Ordinary Shares in issue                                  124,149,256
 Remaining Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury (non-voting)         30,032,282
 Total Voting Rights of the Company attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue  94,116,974

 

The above figure of 94,116,974 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital
Global Healthcare Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
