Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company")

Tender Price

Subsequent to the proposals set out in the Circular to Shareholders published
on 22 October 2025 (the "Circular"), which were approved at the General
Meeting held on 27 November 2025, the Company today announces the Tender Price
at which the Ordinary Shares tendered will be repurchased by the Company.

 

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held in treasury and
therefore available to be tendered was 121,270,000; of these, 27,253,026
shares were validly tendered equating to 22.47% of the issued share capital
excluding shares held in treasury.

 

The Tender Price per Ordinary Share is 425.61 pence, being equal to the NAV
per Share as at the close of business on 27 November 2025 less the Tender
Offer Expenses per Share.

 

In accordance with the terms of the proposals and the resolutions passed by
Shareholders at the General Meeting, the shares validly tendered will be
placed into treasury and will be available for reissue into the market from 2
December 2025. For a short period of time, the price at which such shares may
be reissued will be calculated at a premium to the Tender Price but may be at
a discount to the NAV.
