Association of Investment Companies, was 8.1%. Gearing is made up of
structural debt provided by the subsidiary company PCGH ZDP plc, through the
issue of zero dividend preference (ZDP) shares.

 

The ZDP asset cover as of 31(st) May 2024 was 12.72x. This ratio is calculated
by dividing the Company's net asset value, adjusted to add back the current
value of the structural debt, by the final redemption value of the ZDP
shares.
