Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company")
Result of Tender Offer
On 22 October 2025, the Company published a Circular and announced a Tender Offer of up to 100 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares of the Company (excluding Shares held in Treasury).
The results of the Tender Offer were as follows:

The Company has satisfied the Minimum Continuation Condition to be able to proceed with the Tender Offer as set out in the Circular and in line with the expected timetable below.
The Chair commented:
