General Meeting of the Company held on 11 September 2024 to make market
purchases of the Company's own shares.

 

The Board of the Company announces that is has bought into Treasury

 Lowest share price paid per share (p):   344.00
 Highest share price paid per share (p):  346.50

 

Following this transaction the Company has:

 Shares held in Treasury (no voting rights):  213,347,697
 Total Voting Rights:                         1,159,802,303

 

The above total voting rights figure may be used by Shareholders as the
