    * Company, with Poly Group and its five subsidiaries or 
associates, entered into a limited liability partnership 
agreement 
    * Proposes to jointly initiate establishment of Poly Limin 
Fund & subscribe for limited liability partnership shares of 
Poly Limin Fund 
    * Initiate establishment of Poly Limin Fund with an amount 
of RMB30 million
