April 16 (Reuters) - Merck & Co MRK.N is in late-stage
talks to acquire Prometheus Biosciences Inc RXDX.O to get its
hands on promising immune disease treatments, the Wall Street
Journal reported on Sunday citing people familiar with the
matter.
