as 3.8% to A$4.96, highest level since Jan. 23
    ** PSI will post its best day since Nov. 18, if gains hold
    ** Insurer says HY net profit attributable jumped 31% to
A$21.3 mln ($14.56 mln)
    ** HY revenue from ordinary activities up 16.4% at A$138.5
mln
    ** Co declares HY dividend of 5.2 AU cents per share    
    ** More than 123,187 shares change hands, twice the 30-day
average volume 
    ** Stock down 4.6% this year, as of last close
