April 18 (Reuters) - Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB 
 PTR1L.VL : 
    * Says it will build a printing-house 
    * Says value of project amounts to about 5 million euros   
($5.34 million) 
    * Says UDLAB has signed contract for construction of a new 
production building  at Biruliskiu Vlg., Kaunas district 
    * Says area of new building will be about 7200 m2 and 
project is expected to be completed within 13 months
