Sept 9 (Reuters) - Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB  PTR1L.VL : 
    * Got a warning from supervision service of Bank of Lithuania on requirements prescribed by 
legal acts on disclosure of information about material events 
    * Decision was taken after results of investigation on disclosure of regulated information 
by the company for period from Feb. 1, 2014 till April 30, 2015 
    * Investigation identified two cases when company had not released information about 
material events on company operation in a timely manner and one case when information contained 
in release had not been disclosed in sufficient detail
