Dec 21 (Reuters) - Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB  PTR1L.VL : 
    * Has signed contract with Schmitz Cargobull Baltic UAB for preparation of detailed design 
and construction of new annex to production building in Panevezys 
    * Project should be completed in 12 months 
    * New building covering area of about 3,400 square meters will be located next to existing 
production building and used for production of isothermal sandwich panels with polyurethane core
