ATHENS, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Public Power Corp. (PPC),
Greece's biggest power utility, aims at earnings before
interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 2.7
billion euros ($2.84 billion) in 2027 on the back of massive
investment in renewables, it said on Thursday.
Under its 2025-2027 plan, PPC DEHr.AT , which operates
Greece's main power grid, said it plans to spend 10 billion
euros ($10.53 billion) by 2027, bolstering renewables capacity
to reach 11.8 gigawatt and upgrading its power distribution
network.
The utility reiterated its target to decommission the
country's remaining coal-fired plants in 2026.
