New BoD composition at HEDNO S.A. - Formation into a body 
PPC S.A. announces that, during the meeting of the Board of Directors that took place today, Thursday 21st of September 2017, following the election of Mr. Athanasios Misdanitis as new member of the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of HEDNOs Shareholder, the Board of Directors of the - 100% subsidiary of PPC S.A.- Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) was formed into a body as follows:
1. Chatziargyriou Nikolaos, Chairman and CEO (Executive Member)
2. Misdanitis Athanasios, Vice President of the Board of Directors (Executive Member)
3. Spigkos Christos, Consultant, Deputy CEO (Executive Member)
4. Dimitriou Vasileios, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
5. Diamantis Stefanos, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
6. omninos Konstantinos, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
7. Masouras Konstantinos, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
The term of office of the six members of the Board of Directors shall expire on April 20th, 2018.
The term of office of the member of the Board of Directors Mr. Masouras Konstantinou shall expire on June 23rd, 2019.
