Date of trade for PPC shares with their new face value
ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A informs that, 
1. The Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission in its 787/12.6.2017 meeting decided the approval of the information prospectus of the company "HOLDING COMPANY ADMIE (IPTO) S.A." for its listing in the Main Market of the Athens Exchange of the total of its 232,000,000 ordinary registered shares. 2. Furthermore to our announcement dated 6.6.2017, the date of trade for PPC shares with their new face value is June 19, 2017 which is also the date of listing of the shares of ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A. There will be no adjustment for the price of PPC's share but there will be no limits for the share's daily fluctuation during the first day of trade.
