** Shares of Qoria  QOR.AX  rise as much as 3.7% to A$0.425,
hitting their highest level since April 29, 2022
    ** Technology co says quarterly contracted annual recurring
revenue (ARR) A$112 mln ($72.61 mln), compared to A$97 mln from
previous year 
    ** Co sees positive EBITDA for FY 2025
    ** Adds, it sees positive cash flow for CY 2024
    ** About 4.8 mln shares change hands by 0344 GMT, 2.7 times
the 30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock up 46.4% YTD, as of last close
