June 27 (Reuters) - Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky
now holds more than 15% of Quadient QDT.PA through his Vesa
Equity Investment firm, the French markets authorities (AMF)
said in a statement on Thursday.
Vesa Equity Investment previously held 12.19% of the
France-based company, which produces and sells mailroom
equipment, according to Quadient's website.
International Distributions Services, the owner of Britain's
Royal Mail, agreed in May to a 3.57 billion pound ($4.53
billion) takeover by Kretinsky, who also accumulated a stake of
around 30% in Dutch mail company PostNL PTNL.AS in recent
years.
