Sept 27 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ASM INTERNATIONAL  ASMI.AS  
    Dutch semiconductor equipment maker said in a conference
call on Tuesday it expects higher equipment revenue from China
in 2023.
    
    CARREFOUR  CARR.PA  
    The French supermarket chain said on Tuesday it will be
selling fuel at cost price at the pump in France, starting this
Friday, and to also do so at least two weekends per months from
now until the end of the year, government sources added.
    
    FLUXYS BELGIUM  FLUX.BR 
    Gas pipeline operator reported half-year results, showing a
net profit down at 34.5 million euros from 41.1 million euros a
year ago, impacted by price increases.

    French carmaker declared on Tuesday that by the end of 2023,
the organization it would end its common purchasing agreements
with partners Nissan  7201.T  and Mitsubishi  7211.T  with a
view to having a more agile structure.
    
    SAINT-GOBAIN  SGOB.PA 
    The French construction company announced on Tuesday the
acquisition of Adfil, specialized in fibers for concrete
reinforcement.
    
    VIVENDI  VIV.PA   
    The group owned by Vincent Bolloré is considering selling
its festivals and ticketing business, French journal Les Echos
reported on Tuesday.
