French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch on Friday

Feb 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    
    Publicis  PUBP.PA 
    A division of French advertising company Publicis Groupe SA 
and drug company Hikma Pharmaceuticals  HIK.L  have reached
separate settlements worth a collective $500 million to resolve
claims that they helped fuel the deadly U.S. opioid epidemic.
     
    
    Veolia  VIE.PA 
    A Veolia subsidiary has reached a $25 million settlement
with property owners and residents of Flint, Michigan, who claim
the engineering firm's negligence prolonged the city's water
crisis, the company said Thursday.
    
    
    Vallourec  VLLP.PA :
    Vallourec said it now expected 2023 results to exceed its
prior outlook, with EBITDA seen above 1.19 billion euros.
        
    Bonduelle  BOND.PA :
    Bonduelle reported a first-half revenue at 1.21 billion
euros.    
    
    Quadient  QDT.PA :
    Quadient announced the acquisition of mailing and document
management solutions provider Frama.
    
    Vinci  SGEF.PA :
    Vinci won a power connection contract worth 25 million euros
for three berths at Haropa Port in Le Havre.
    
    TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA 
    TotalEnergies restarted the cogeneration unit and was
working to clear the coker ahead of restarting production at its
238,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas refinery, people
familiar with plant operations said on Thursday.
