Qualtrics International jumps on potential takeover bid

** Shares of customer-survey software maker Qualtrics
International Inc  XM.O  rise 6.5% to $16.7
    ** Private equity firm Silver Lake Management says it is
considering takeover of XM  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N34H39Q
    ** Silver Lake, in a filing, says it plans to submit a
proposal to buy the firm's remaining shares and delist the stock
    ** Last week, German enterprise-software co SAP  SAPG.DE 
said it is considering selling its majority stake in Qualtrics 
    ** SAP had acquired Qualtrics for $8 bln in cash in 2019
from founder Ryan Smith and now it owns about 70% of co
    ** XM fall 70.7% last year
