Qualtrics rises after co accepts $12.5 bln buyout offer

International Inc  XM.O  up 6.2% at $17.6 before the bell
    ** Co says to be taken private after its controlling
shareholder SAP SE  SAPG.DE  accepts offer from Silver Lake and
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N35L1G1 
    ** Says deal valued at $12.5 bln
    ** Earlier in the month, Qualtrics had said it would
exclusively negotiate with Silver Lake and CPPIB until March 15
to see if a deal could be finalized
    ** Shares of Qualtrics fell about 70% in 2022
