** Financial tech co says special dividend of about 1 Australian cent per share is expected to be approved in Q4 2026

** Confirms guidance of FY26 EBTDA in the range of A$3.75 million - A$4.25 million ($2.69 million - $3.05 million)

** Says strong start to Q4 with Australia's April TTV already exceeding all of April 2025

** Stock is up 6.9% YTD, including the session's moves
