R1 RCM rises on potential take-private offer

** Shares of healthcare revenue management firm R1 RCM Inc
 RCM.O  rise 29.7% to $14.40 
    ** Co said in a filing that a group of shareholders led by
New Mountain Capital Group on Jan. 26 submitted a request to co
to acquire all of its outstanding shares not already owned by
them 
    ** The proposed purchase price was $13.75 per share in cash 
    ** New Mountain Capital Group owned 32.4% of RCM's shares as
of Nov. 30, 2023
    ** RCM said that it did not intend to take action on the
request, but asked affiliates of New Mountain to engage in
discussions for a potential transaction
    ** Including session gains, stock has risen 2.2% in the last
12 months
