Further re placing of preference shares
It was announced on 25 June 2015 that 4,221,000 new 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of 1 each (the "new preference shares") proposed to be issued had been placed firm by Guy Butler Limited at a price of 120p per share but that the placing remained conditional upon admission of such shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
Admission has now become effective and the 4,221,000 new preference shares have been issued.
