R.E.A. Holdings plc ('REAH' or the 'company')
REA Finance B.V. ('REA Finance')

Sale of £1.5 million nominal of 8.75 per cent sterling notes 2020 issued by
REA Finance and held by R.E.A. Services Limited ('REAS')

Further to the announcement on 18 December 2015 in connection with the
issue by REA Finance of £5 million nominal of 8.75 per cent sterling notes
2020 (the 'sterling notes') at a price of £0.97 per £1.00 nominal of such
sterling notes and the subscription by REAS of £1.5 million of such
sterling notes, the company now announces the sale in London on 6 July 2016
of the entire holding of £1.5 million nominal of sterling notes held by
REAS at a price of £0.97 per £1.00 nominal of such notes.
