Appointment of Non-Executive Director

R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd (AIM: RQIH) ("R&Q" or the "Group"), the
leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on the Program
Management ("Accredited") and Legacy Insurance ("R&Q Legacy") businesses,
is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 30 June 2023,
Jerome Lande has now been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company
with immediate effect.

 

Jerome is an experienced board member with over 20 years of leadership
experience as an investor. He currently serves as Managing Partner and Deputy
CIO at Scopia Capital Management. Jerome co-founded Coppersmith Capital
Management, where he was managing partner and portfolio manager until it
combined with Scopia in 2016.

 

Regulatory disclosure - The following information is disclosed in accordance
with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Jerome Jay Lande, 47, holds nil ordinary shares in the Company and nil
