R&Q Insurance Holdings Limited (AIM:RQIH) ("RQIH" or the "Group"), the
leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on the Program
Management ("Accredited") and Legacy Insurance ("R&Q Legacy") businesses,
today held the Annual General Meeting referred to in the Notice of AGM dated
30 June 2023.

 

Resolutions 1 to 13 as set out in the notice convening the Annual General
Meeting have been duly passed.
