Allotment of Shares

The Company has issued a total of 509,672 new ordinary shares of 2p each to an employee as part of their remuneration package. 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 509,672 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 28 September 2020. 
As a result of this transaction the total issued share capital will therefore increase to 224,395,284.                      
As there are 111,525 ordinary shares held in Treasury, total voting rights will increase to 224,283,759.
