Extension to Publication of Half-Year 2020 Results

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM-RQIH) ("R&Q" or "the Company"), the leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on Program Management and Legacy Insurance businesses, today announces that the Company expects to announce its half year results for the six month period ended 30 June 2020 on or around 14 October 2020. 
 
This revised timing reflects the announcement by the London Stock Exchange on 9 June 2020 that, due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, the deadline under AIM Rule 18 for the notification by AIM companies of half-year reports can be extended for an additional month. The additional time granted will allow the Group, and its auditors, sufficient time to complete the process of preparing and reviewing the results, given the practical challenges of remote working.
