R&Q commences trading on OTCQX market in the United States

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd, (AIM-RQIH) ("R&Q"), the
leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on program
management and legacy insurance businesses, is pleased to announce that
trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will begin today on the OTCQX Best
Market, a US trading platform that is operated by OTC Markets Group, under the
ticker symbol "RQIHF". The Company's Ordinary Shares will continue to trade on
the LSE AIM under the ticker symbol "RQIH".

 

The OTCQX Best Market is the highest tier of the OTC Markets Group and a
market venue for international companies to improve visibility and tradability
for investors outside of their home market. OTCQX supports more transparent
quotation and trading of R&Q Ordinary Shares in US Dollars during US
trading hours, allowing easier access for investors who prefer securities that
trade domestically in US Dollars. Cross-trading on the OTCQX is expected to
widen R&Q's investor base and support liquidity on the LSE AIM.

This action is not a capital raise, no new Ordinary Shares will be issued, and
R&Q will continue to trade on the LSE under the ticker symbol "RQIH".
