Radius Global rises after $1.43bln buyout by EQT

** Shares of cell tower infrastructure firm Radius Global
Infrastructure Inc  RADI.O  up 4.68% at $14.55 premarket 
    **  EQT Active Core Infrastructure fund along with Public
Sector Pension Investment Board, agree to buy co in deal valued
at $1.43 billion
    ** RADI shareholders will receive $15 per share in cash,
representing premium of 7.9% to stock's last close
    ** Including debt, the deal value would be about $3.0
billion
    ** YTD, RADI stock has gained nearly 18% vs ~9% rise in
Nasdaq Composite Index  .IXIC
