Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, announces that its
interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 will be published on
Monday 30 September 2024.

 

Jon Divers, Chief Executive Officer, and Kevin McNair, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a live presentation relating to the interim results via the
Investor Meet Company platform on 30 September at 10:00am BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
