("RBG", the "Group", or the "Company")

 

Revised Notice of Results & Investor Presentation

 

RBG Holdings plc today announces a revised date for the publication of the
Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2021

 

The Company's auditors had requested an extension to the timetable for the
approval of the results. As a result, the Company now expects to announce its
results on Friday 1 April 2022, a short delay to the original date of 29 March
2022.

 

As previously announced, the Board expects the results for the year ended 31
December 2021 to be consistent with the Company's Trading Statement issued on
26 January 2022, and market expectations.

 

Analyst & Investor Presentation

 

On 1 April 2022, the Group will host a presentation for analysts at 9am, with
invitations to be sent shortly. Any queries, please contact

Furthermore, the Company will provide a live investor presentation via the
Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform on 1 April 2022 at 10.30am. Hosted by
