Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
The Board of ReNeuron Group plc (AIM: RENE.L)  has been informed that Michael
Hunt, Chief Executive Officer and John Sinden, Chief Scientific Officer of the
Company have today each purchased 93,892 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 3.5 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Hunt is interested in a total of 1,346,915
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the total
issued share capital. Mr Sinden is interested in a total of 2,305,794 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.13% of the total issued
share capital.
