Total Voting Rights
At 31 December 2022, the Company had 57,173,760 Ordinary Shares in issue, each
carrying one voting right.
As the Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury, the figure of 57,173,760
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
