REA announces that on 29 May 2015 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr J C Oakley, a director of the company, sold in London on 29 May 2015 26,549 9% cumulative preference shares of 1 each in REA at a price of 124p per share.
