Notification of transactions by a director and connected persons
REA announces that it received notification on 21 January 2016, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr M Parry, a director of the company, and Mrs A Parry, a person connected with Mr Parry, purchased in London on 21 January 2016, respectively 21,524 preference shares of 1 each and 19,457 preference shares of 1 each, at a price of 0.725 per share.
REA further announces that on 25 January 2016 it received notification in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, purchased in London on 25 January 2016, 6,000 preference shares of 1 each in REA at a price of 0.77 per share.
