Issue by REA Finance of 5 million nominal of 8.75 per cent sterling notes 2020
Further to the announcement made on 18 December 2015 in connection with a proposed issue by REA Finance of 5 million nominal of 8.75 per cent sterling notes 2020 (the "new sterling notes") at a price of 0.97 per 1.00 nominal of such notes, the company announces that admission of such new sterling notes to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities has become effective today and the new sterling notes have been issued.
