The Board of Real Good Food announces that with the recent streamlining of the Group to two semi -autonomous business units, it has mutually agreed with Harveen Rai, Chief Financial Officer, that she will step down from the Board and leave the Company at the end of March.
Hugh Cawley, Chief Executive Officer and a Chartered Accountant, will assume the PLC duties of the CFO on an interim basis supported by Nikki Lee, Group Financial Controller, until a new Group CFO is appointed, the process for which will commence shortly. The Board will update shareholders when appropriate.
Pat Ridgwell, Chairman of Real Good Food, commented:
