Real Good Food plc, (AIM: RGD) the diversified food business, provides the following update pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) (iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
Mike Holt, Executive Chairman of the Group, was a director of nmcn plc. On 4 October nmcn resolved to file with the court notice of intention to appoint administrators. The most recently available filings indicate that the administration proceedings are ongoing.
