Real Good Food plc, (AIM: RGD), the food manufacturing business specialising
in Cake Decoration, announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
will be held at 11.00 am on 27 October 2022 and will be held at
One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.

The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and
notice of the AGM have been posted to shareholders and are now available on
the Group's website: www.realgoodfoodplc.com.
